Who we are and what these terms cover

Purchases are with the seller

“View at” links take you to a retailer or service provider. Eurava does not sell, take payment for, deliver or provide those goods or services, and is not a party to your purchase contract. The identity of the seller at checkout matters, particularly on external marketplaces.

The seller’s terms and applicable consumer law govern payment, delivery, cancellation, returns, guarantees, refunds and subscriptions. Contact the seller about an order; contact Eurava about our own content or service. Nothing here reduces rights you have against us or a seller under applicable law.

Prices, availability and subscriptions

Prices and descriptions may come from retailers, companies or data feeds and can change between updates. Check the current specification, stock, currency, taxes, delivery charges and any import costs at the destination site before committing. We do not guarantee the lowest price, every available offer or delivery to a particular address.

For a subscription, check the billing period, trial end, minimum commitment, renewal price and cancellation arrangements. A monthly equivalent may involve annual payment. One-off prices and recurring charges are not directly comparable. Company incorporation or ownership in Europe does not establish the dispatch location or customs treatment of an order.

European profiles and editorial information

Our profiles apply the definition and criteria in How we work. Ownership, incorporation and headquarters are assessed separately from company-wide production. A European outcome can rely on company statements; it is not a factory audit, product-origin certificate or guarantee about every item.

Assessments reflect the evidence available and can change with new information. Unknown is not a finding of non-European status. N/A means a criterion is not applicable within the stated scope. A listing or editorial mention does not certify product quality, safety, environmental impact, legality or suitability for your needs.

Using and sharing the site

You may browse, share links and make reasonable copies for personal use, subject to applicable copyright exceptions. Our original text, design and branding, and third-party images or marks, belong to their respective rights holders. A directory entry does not imply endorsement by the listed company.

Do not misuse forms, impersonate others, send unlawful or abusive material, introduce malware, bypass security, disrupt the site or copy substantial protected content for republication without permission. These restrictions do not limit uses permitted by mandatory law. Contact us about commercial reuse or accessibility difficulties.

Suggestions, corrections and complaints

Send suggestions, evidence or complaints through get in touch or contact@eurava.net. Share only material you are entitled to provide, and avoid unnecessary personal or confidential information. We may use relevant factual information to investigate and update our content; we do not acquire ownership of everything you send or publish your private correspondence by default.

For an intellectual-property or unlawful-content concern, identify the page, what is wrong, your connection to the issue and a way to contact you. For privacy requests, follow the Privacy notice.

Our responsibility

We aim to maintain accurate information and a usable, secure service, but updates, mistakes and interruptions can occur. We take reasonable care and will address issues brought to our attention. External websites and seller performance are outside our control.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for a seller’s breach of its separate contract, losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or business losses arising from use of a service intended for personal shopping. We do not exclude responsibility for our own fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Mandatory rights and remedies remain available.

Complaints, applicable law and changes

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. This choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections or court rights available under applicable law, including relevant rights in their country of residence. We do not require consumers to use an exclusive foreign court.

We may update the site and these terms to reflect changes in our service or law. The page will show the effective date, and material changes will be explained appropriately. Changes do not remove accrued rights or rewrite an earlier retailer purchase. If one provision is invalid, the rest applies so far as the law permits.
